  March 30, 2016 - Throws lots of sediment. Bright fruit, good complexity, a real palate pleaser. Liked it more than the 2006.

  July 17, 2011 - Check out my photo. This is a signed bottle from a private tasting we did with Vic Bourassa. I love all things Bourassa and I took a bottle of this--among others--home with me because there's no way to find it back east. This is really tight on the palate and this sucker was aged in French Oak--which I love--for 3 years and it shows. Wonderful red fruit and cedar notes with great tannic structure. I think I'll be getter more of this as I actually joined his club and I am very circumspect about joining clubs. Vic Bourassa rocks!
  I include this from Bourassa as well: Made in the traditional reserve style, we aged this Cabernet Franc for 36 months in French Oak. For added color and dark berry notes, a small amount of Petite Sirah was blended in. We feel we have achieved in making a wonderful medium-bodied wine with a plush mouth feel, and long spicy finish. This Cabernet Franc should hold up well for up to ten years.
