Community Tasting Notes 1

September 29, 2001 - Served with steamed Maine lobster. Bright disc. brilliant straw yellow with clear rim. Intense nose of citrus, vanilla and toasty oak. Medium-bodied with good acidity. Similar flavors as nose, with a creamy texture. Good mid-palate, medium-to-long, slightly hot finish.
