July 1, 2020 - With a Big Steak on the menu it was time to enjoy this Cab Franc that I have had sitting in my cellar for last 5 plus years. Decanted for about 30 minutes before trying it. 1st the nose was mellow probably due to the age, and it was simply bursting with Cherry and red fruits that exploded in your mouth. As it opened further 90 minutes or more its finish was long and round no tannins with a wonderful touch of vanilla and a little spice. Well worth the time I waited as it paired wonderfully with a Big Rib eye...

October 27, 2018 - Big nose of sweet strawberry, then blueberry. Cloudy and rich appearance with sweet(ish) initial in mouth notes which are shut down by the quick appearance of tannin. Medium length finish with more red fruit notes.

September 18, 2018 - These are notes from a second night. Wonderful and quite intellectual wine. Not viscous but a powerhouse of flavor. I keep coming back to almost rotted strawberry both on the nose and in mouth. It is more delicate than I had expected from an 11 year old wine with thin mouthfeeel but large enveloping flavor.
Cloudy appearance and aged character to it. This is a well made wine and worth finding and having now. -

May 18, 2016 - Tannins have integrated and calmed since last bottle a couple years ago, but overall didn't get any marked improvement.
