  April 5, 2024 - Lemony yellow. Pleasant, if short lived bubbles. Hint of bitterness, maybe some grapefruit rind at the front which quickly resolves into smooth, satisfyingly long citrus finish.

  February 28, 2024 - Toasty, brioche, yellow orchard fruits (apple, plum, pear), floral, and a little flint. Creamy texture. Mouse is soft. Drinks a touch sweeter than it is, possibly due to MLF, but very nice. Pale/medium lemon. Full MLF, 24-months on lees, no oak, 7g/L, reductive. 25% reserve wines of 1-3 years old. 45% PN, 15% PM, 40% Chardonnay. -Mostly from WSG Champagne class with Essi Avellan.

  December 2, 2023 - Gourmetklubbens femtiosjunde middag hemma hos P+H: Tema Italienskt (P+H, Södermalm): (Disgorged in 2007, base year 2003, 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay, dosage 10 gr/l)
  Lovely golden yellow colour with a very pleasant nose showing ripe apples, oily lemon zest and some herbs in a very pleasant way. Smoothing candied lemons acidity on the maturing palate with a creamy mid before the pleaaant hint of tarragon licorice on the delicious finish. This was still very youthful and should reward further improvement in the cellar for another decade!
