    February 11, 2024 - Opened and let sit for 2 hours before serving.
    Grassl Cru stem.
    Garnet color. Little bricking.
    Tasted with food (macaroni in Sunday gravy, in case you were wondering).
    Nice cherry and plum notes. Enjoayble floral element too..Shows some leather and dried plum notes.
    Acidity keeps the dark fruit in balance.

    August 20, 2023 - Delightful wine. Slight browning at the rim. Palate is silky. Friendly and delicious at this point. The finish is where this takes off. Rush of chalky, floral flavours on a long finish.

    February 28, 2023 - Åpnet som flaske nr 4 til lettrørte 3 pers.
    Pnp. Sval, moden nebbioloaroma. Morell, markjordbær, søt tobakk, anis, salvie, rosebukett, solvarm telefonstolpe, trøffel, steinsopp og skogbunn. I munnen er den uanstrengt elegant. Fløyel. For meg er denne flasken i perfekt balanse mellom friskhet og modning. Mykt, men godt munngrep og lang smak. 94p.

    January 6, 2023 - The nose shows black cherry and fig. The palate is more black cherry liqueur like, also with fig, bordering on pruney but not quite getting there. Tannins appear on the finish. Not the tannic, austere wine I expect from Barbaresco.

    December 26, 2022 - Eucalyptus and menthol on the nose. Cherries on palate. Very smooth and slightly drying tannins. Nice but missing a little energy.
