May 17, 2014 - I found this to be drinking well at this stage. Not extraordinary, but rich purple color, inviting nose, and smooth tannins make this wine enjoyable to drink now.

February 15, 2013 - Not much of a wine. We tried it over a couple of nights with some chicken and then some pasta with red sauce. We even tried it alone. We finally poured out about half a bottle. Life is too short to drink disappointing wines -- even at this low price.
