  Opened and served immediately with dinner. Consistent with previous bottles and vintages of this wine. By far one of the best wines from the Savoie I've ever tasted. Maybe WIML93+ with more bottle time.

  November 18, 2011 - CT Texas Offline III; 11/18/2011-11/19/2011 (Galveston): Grapefruit on the nose. very smooth citrus on the palate. Really amazing and pleasant wine. No butter at all. Just citrus fruit. SUPER enjoyable. Lots of acidity, but wonderful taste. Really balanced and a great wine.

  November 18, 2011 - CT Texas III; 11/18/2011-11/21/2011 (Galveston, TX): Popped and poured. I preferred this slightly to the 08. Nose of lychee, white peaches, white pepper, honeydew melon, citrus flowers, lemon zest. On the palate, lychee, apricot, lemon zest, melon, white pepper and a nice mineral streak. Great bottle.
