March 17, 2022 - drank half an hour after decanting. Very fragrant nose with vanilla and oak, loving the exotic spices and coconut butter. Really lovely. Got the tannins but also the acidity to match. An hour after decanting there was some cassis in the nose, too.

March 10, 2022 - drank 30 minutes after decanting. Nice vanilla and coconut on the nose, lots of oak, minty. Still pretty tannic but acidity was also high. One hour and 15 minutes after decanting, this showed nice plummy notes, smoked meats like chorizo, and very fragrant. Some 3 hours and 45 minutes later kinda softened up on the palate, and the nose faded to showing just smoked meats.

January 7, 2022 - Deep garnet red colour. Medium intensity aroma of plums, baking spice, tobacco, sweet spices, cedar, cold cuts. Medium+ body, silky and slightly sweetish attack continues with black fruit flavours, hints of spices and cola, structured well grained tannins, medium acidity. Pretty disappointing considering its high price and competition quality from great vineries for half the price.

de Bromont pour accompagner le magnifique Carré
d'agneau du Québec et l`entrecôte de Sanglier à la panceta!
Superbe accord en passant, moment magique.
Nez dense et fragrant dur les épices douces,
les fruits noir et un peu le cèdre.
En bouche, assez corsé et ample, des mures et
des cerises avec de la cannelle et un boisé bien dosé.
Les tannins sont bien enrobés et la finale bien longue
est un peu astringente.
Super bon en ce moment, une très belle bouteille
celle-ci fut! -
