October 24, 2020 - PnP and drank over 3 hours. Nearly opaque ruby/black. Huge nose that lingered throughout. Opened with earth and tangy, featuring big cherry with hints of raspberries. Good spice. Long, complex finish. Mellowed over several iterations, but spice and long finish remained.
3 hours later, nose and color the same. Earthy raspberry with tart (but big) cheery hints, and huge spice.
