May 16, 2023 - Still drinking well at 14 years old. Signs of age on the rim, as well as the nose and taste of matured fruit.

Bordeaux-like on the nose and palate, yet beautiful Napa fruit behind it all. Matured fruit: Blackberry, cherry, plum.. tobacco, some leather as well.

Drink now before it goes over the hill soon.

August 4, 2022 - Deep color. Rich and fruity. Dark cherry, coffee. Medium oaky tannins.

March 5, 2022 - Dense dark crimson red. From Zalto Bordeaux. Nose of cassis, liquorice, and some green peppers. Light hints of oak, metal, and malo. Very lush and concentrated palate. Feels thick. Dark fruit, tar, raw licorice, and cough syrup. No noticeable tannins. Long. Perceived as young.

Simply wonderful tonight Cherries and black fruit combine for a truly delicious start and finish. Sad it’s my last bottle. Enjoy!

May 21, 2021 - Tasting: A great wine, especially considering the prictag. I think the score on cellartracker is too low for this wine. An excellent substitute for Bordeaux.
