March 16, 2019 - Drinking great. Could go much longer.

September 30, 2018 - Elegant, smokey, smooth. Needs some air to show well, got a lot better after an hour. Still fine two days later so should keep a few years more.

October 22, 2017 - Bummerlicious. I'll indict myself for waiting too long, first and foremost; indict CT secondarily for implying this was still a lively beast; and indict W-S most of all for making a syrupy, confected, acidless, utterly unageworthy "mailing list" piece of nonsense. This was a massive fail. Yes it's true my tastes have changed a bit since I bought this whenever it was I did -- but this struck all tonight as something that would be evaluated as bad for a $18-20 bulked-out Sonoma PN, much less a ~$50 effort from the "august" W-S. (Our local bowling alley offers pitchers of Mug Root Beer for $6; I'd recommend that instead for people seeking this flavor profile in their beverages.)

We left half a bottle on the restaurant table, hoping that some waiter or bus-person could manage to find more delight in it than we did.

July 21, 2017 - Bizarre overripe flavor uncharacteristic to Pinot. Hot. Too heavy for a Pinot. Cola aromatics. Who would want their Pinot to smell like cola.
