    June 28, 2020 - In a great spot.
Fresh red fruits (strawberry water, cherry) with a touch of peach and mandarin. Leesy notes.
Great balance on the palate, lively acidity with a light red wine texture and structure.
    Will easily age more.

March 31, 2012 - A sweetness the first day that I wish was not there ;the second day dry and brooding,a word I would not usually describe to a rose;needs more sleep time in our world

August 24, 2011 - Pale salmon color. Strawberry nose. Strawberries and cream flavor with a bracingly acidic finish. Relatively light weight and texture. Excellent and went well with this evening's spinach salad.

July 29, 2011 - Great nose of raspberry and bright cherry. Strawberry and raspberry dominate in what is now one of my favorite rose's. Some minerality make this the total package, elegant, food friendly and complex, amazing, better than the Tempier, for ms!

July 28, 2011 - Beautiful pale salmon color. Nose of melon, and raspberries and cream. Palate is crisp, clean, and has a hauntingly delicate quality of light red fruit and flowers. Excellent rosé.

July 25, 2011 - I didn’t dig too deeply into the nuances of this wine, but I did take note of its brilliant salmon color and how powerfully the wine smelled of fresh grapefruit, the kind Grandpa H. had with breakfast every morning. The flavors had more to do with Bandol than with rosé in its more familiar iterations. Flinty flavors persisted throughout, giving structure to a very floral, very briny wine full of prickly blood orange, herbes de Provence, and mom’s tiny garden strawberries. A quaffer for sure, but one I’d guzzle with a Schildknecht, not a Sheen.

July 23, 2011 - Somewhat austere with red berry and salty notes but with an impressive structure. It is actually pretty close to a red wine rather than a rosé. While this is very enjoyable right now, this is clearly built for ageing.

June 1, 2011 - fresh, slightly spicy notes of white peach and tangerine. round mouthfeel, light minerality, still pretty rich. bolder than Bagnol Cassis Rose (another favorite).
