October 10, 2015 - I thought this would be past its prime; it is not. Not complex, but very tasty and a remarkable good QPR. Excellent quaffer. Doesn't last, though. VV'd and stuck it in the fridge for a few days, and the remaining third of a bottle was drinkable, but not particularly enjoyable.

November 7, 2013 - Drank this at about 55 degrees, and it went down easy. Agree with the TN suggesting this for Sangria - would be great. To me, the fruit is a bit indistinguishable - cherry/cranberry/blackberry-ish. Some cinnamon, clove, pepper & barnyard (surprisingly). High acidity, low tannins, medium body, alcohol and finish (a fairly tart, slightly hot finish).

August 9, 2013 - Best with considerable airing. Immediately after opening: burnt leather, green pepper, and rustic earth. Ends with sun dried tomatoes. And booze. At first, I believed it was just past its prime. But after airing for an hour or two, green pepper becomes the dominant flavor in a complex pasta sauce. <Blend of Grenache, Tempranillo, Cab Sauv. Campo de Borja, Spain, 2010> Seoul cost: W9,900 ($9 USD).

August 6, 2013 - This was much better than expected. Camphor and a bit of clove on the nose; raspberries, strawberry, and white pepper on the palate. This is a bit simple, the finish is a bit short, there is a little alcoholic heat, and there isn't enough acidity to make this a long-term keeper, but for the price (under $8!) this is impressive.

January 26, 2013 - This was completely fine. We drank it without food and it was mellow and drinkable. Expected to hate it. And didn't love it. But didn't hate it. Corked it up for another day. Will check back in after drinking number two.

October 18, 2012 - Popped and poured, drank over 2 nights. Red fruit and spice on the nose. A bit of a fruit bomb on the palate, but I enjoyed it. Good QPR.

October 4, 2012 - Pretty non descript candified slamming juice. Bought a box to try for a BBQ, and for $4 a bottle it's ok. Wine for your non-wine nerds. Would be great for Sangria. 82
