December 15, 2014 - Very full-flavored, very creamy Belgian yeast. Fat & rich. Malt & (creamy!) yeast driven brew. Mostly amber malt, w/some caramel malts. Great complexity. Impressive: this is not really in my wheelhouse, but can't help liking anyway. Big Stillwater fan. Really very nice stuff. If you like malty, soft, creamily sweet Saison's, you'll like even more than me.

July 28, 2011 - Cloudy light brown with touches of amber coloring.

Nice tones of malt, hop aromatics of citrus, tangerine, herbs, hay, lemon peel and some slight brown goats cheese (norwegian style).
Nice smooth mouth feel, fresh, nice balanced bitterness and freshness. Concentrated. Fruity and medium to long lasting finish. Has a slight hint of sweetness in the finish which I find very appealing and suitable for this wine.

(I have not entered a score, because it uses a portion of the score for "further developing". This is meant to be drunk fresh, so I could either score it 0 or 10. My score will be like this 50+13+17+(0 or 10). 85/95)
