April 12, 2011 - I: limpio. V: violáceos y grana. N: cerezas, moras, regaliz, canela y especias con ligero, ligerísimo dulzor. Redondo en nariz. B: elegante y equilibrado. Imposible en una cata a ciegas. R: Delon.

Duft: Moden nese, modne kirsebær, litt svisker.
Smak: Sødmefull, moden frukt i anslaget, så kommer en flott fruktsyre som balanserer modenheten og fruktsødmen veldig bra. Fin struktur og ganske elegant stil. Kanskje litt tynn midt i smakskurven. Lang ettersmak.
Alt i alt en meget god vin. Til lettere matretter nå. Helt moden. Drikk nå.
