April 19, 2007 - Lush ripe, smokey fruit: plums with clove and cinnamon spice. Minerals and hairspray. The aroma really fills the glass. All the above on the mouthfilling palate; juicy and flavoursome with integrated (but pronounced) acidity to give it backbone. This is showing wonderfully well. The soft red robe shows some signs of aging, but I'd say there's no hurry to drink up.
