Light body, golden straw colour. Predominantly yellow fruits and bread yeast aroma. Pear pie palate and dry finish. Very basic sparkling wine, albeit bubbly and food friendly, enjoyable with pike caviar. Serve 10ºC - 12ºC. Drink now.1 person found this helpful Comment -
