May 25, 2023 - Clear deep gold; clean medium plus nose of marzipan, caramel, wax, lemon meringue and over-ripe pineapple; dry; medium plus to high acidity; medium alcohol; full body; medium plus to pronounced flavour intensity; palate follows nose with addition of toffee; long finish; drink now; hauntingly delicious with beautiful tertiary notes; still lots of life left but why wait?
