    May 8, 2023 - Deep garnet.
    Damson, chocolate nose.
    Black fruits, chocolate, cedar palate.
    Still a little closed.
    First bottle of a case.
    Should evolve and improve.

March 19, 2022 - Schöne Brombeer- und Cassis-Aromen. Samtige Gerbstoffe. Gute Säure. Schön, jetzt zu trinken, aber mit gutem Potenzial, noch ein paar Jahre wegzulegen.

May 8, 2020 - Fler ripe, balanced, easy to like with a good bdx- femling. Lovely ripe plums and cassis on the nose. Medium bodied, firm acidity. Lovely with food, not to be had too cold, as it looses some of that lovely fruit.

August 28, 2015 - I'm going to hold off giving this the same score I did the 01, 05, and 09 because its still so, so young. Needs time to show elegance, because all you're going to get right now is unbridled margaux power. This a serious wine that needs time to come together. Rippin acid and destructive tannins are going to make this well worth the wait for this excellent vintage. Drink after 2022. Given time, I wouldn't be surprised if this turns our to be the highest scoring wine I will ever grade.

July 19, 2015 - Decanted for 45 minutes and served with grilled NY Strips - paired well. Dark black/red color. Black currants, charcoal, blackberry, tobacco on nose. On palate, blackberry, black currants with medium body, high acidity and long finish with grippy tannins. Really enjoyed this and was much better with air. 91-92 range. Would buy again.
