October 26, 2012 - Deep red colour. Aniseed, plum, toast, blueberry and five on nose. Similar taste - quite complex. Smooth toastiness and fairly viscous. Enjoyable but needs food to stand up to it.
May 19, 2012 - Deep red colour with nose to match heaps of fruit and lovely intense finish.
May 14, 2012 - The nose is smokey oak, blueberry, anise, black plum & strawberry ~ Medium to full bodied with moderate acid & tannins with flavors of plum skin, under ripe berry & spice ~ A bit tight and a lot of heat
April 15, 2012 - Deep ruby colour,complex nose and rich flavour with long finish.
March 23, 2012 - Deep red colour. Red berry on the nose with a bit of jamminess but still fresh. Similar taste but with richness and soft oak. Smooth and full in mouth. Good.
November 4, 2011 - Quite tasty. Nose and taste remind me slightly of blackcurrant spangles (if you remember those boiled sweets), in a nice way. Slightly medicinal taste, with some dark cherry flavours, young and fresh, a little tart.
