November 12, 2012 - Unbelievable that this wine is so "'round" without any dosage. Nose characterised by yeasty (brioche) aroma's. In the mouth flowery notes along with a well defined but round acidic fruity touch (made me think of Selosse's Initial). Very long persistence.
