January 23, 2016 - Delicious! Had with Indian food and it was so bright and showed a bit of pear and maybe citrus. Kind of dry but still sweet and refreshing. Really enjoyed this.
September 5, 2015 - Much mellower than prior bottles. Palate shows some tan notes and a bit of nougat, rather relaxed and not much edge or complexity. The nougat notes dissipate over night, on the second night this is clearer, more Blanc de Blancs, but not that expressive. Good, but not special.
June 23, 2015 - Almost 3 years since my last bottle, from a stash of NVs bought then and aged in the cellar since. This is really interesting and good. A bit of age has given this Blanc de Blancs some tanner wheaty notes, but the palate is otherwise clear and crisp, with nice acidity and energy. With air, trace sherrry notes emerge. Nice balance of BdB clear notes as it also shows signs of advancement.
September 15, 2012 - Really enjoyed this, and intrigued by how light and finessed it is. Clear/white fruit with floral notes, very light, very feminine, like a ballerina.

October 11, 2011 - Lemon yellow color. Medium bead. Aromas of lemon and fresh bread. Palate has ginger, lemon, bread, and a hint of toasted hazelnut. Finish is medium. Drinking very well. Lot BDB04 081007, so apparently some time on the cork for this bottle, if interpreted as a 2007 disgorgement. Drink or hold.
