September 8, 2023 - Down the middle of the fairway Cayuse. Plums, cherries and raspberries with a hint of iron underneath. Drinking perfect right now.

March 4, 2023 - Double decanted, minimal sediment. Bottle from HDH auction. Great showing of aged Cayuse. Typical funk, but not overpowering, very much in harmony with the dark cherry fruit, and savory notes of iron. Polished mouthfeel, long finish.

February 4, 2023 - Drinking beautifully, WOTN in a blind tasting with a number of other strong syrahs, 4 out of 6 first place votes with 1 second. Paired with a fantastic Persian lamb dish. Clear but not overwhelming Cayuse nose with a finish that lasted for nearly a minute. Glad we have more. 4 hour decant.

January 18, 2023 - Drinking well and pretty much the same on day 2. Agree with recent notes. Still many years left. Enjoy now or hold.
