July 31, 2015 - One of the last in the group to break this bottle open. Notes of citrus, grapefruit, and it does have a grassy note to it as well. Medium to medium + acidity, but its very crisp on the palate. Light straw color and could probably go another year or two if you store it in good conditions. I'm drinking this around cellar temperature so it seems to perform well around this point. Maybe a little colder would be fine, but not too much from cellar.
