April 24, 2014 - Very pale in colour, almost as transparent as water with a slight silverish hue. Nice nose of lime, lemon grass and fresh hay. Impressively intense acidity and minerality, crips and ending on a long and surprising note of sweet lichee. Excellent effort, will buy more for sure.
