November 28, 2023 - Complex but perhaps not as much focus as I’d hoped.

  • WineDoctors Likes this wine: 92 points

September 29, 2018 - Lemon yellow. Color to rim. Verging on tertiary. Lemon curd. Chamomile. Med acid long finish. With oysters and smoked albacore.

September 20, 2013 - 6 Liters of Mondavi and Some Randoms (Willamette Wine Storage): Reduced on the nose. Lots of smoke and flint, with a nice lemon acidity running through it.

April 11, 2012 - Still young; most other 2004 Chablis already dead.

June 26, 2011 - Light yellow-green. Classic nose of seashell, apple, hay. There is also an oatmeal undertone to the complex and lingering nose. High acid, apples and lemon on the tactile and mineral mid-palate, slightly warm, mineral finish. Medium-long length. This was still not very evolved but the length was amazing, I'm very impressed.
