    February 4, 2015 - Light to medium body, pale cherry red color, aromatic, red fruits, flowers and floral aroma, raspberry and strawberry jam on the palate, silky on finish, long finish, still fresh, complex and balanced, nice acidity and ripe tannins. Best match is meat or fowl. Open quarter hour in advance. Serve 16º - 18º. Drink now.
