December 6, 2021 - BYO Litteraturhuset (Litteraturhuset i Oslo): Dyp, mørk og tett farge. Servert blindt - de fleste tipper høyt klassifisert bordeaux! Men nei, her er vi i Ungarn og Attila Geres presisjecuvée, kun produsert i 2007, såvidt jeg kan se. Solbær, fattoner og cedertre, sødmefull duft. Rund, "smooth" og avrundet smak, noe overmoden frukt, et lite alkoholstikk (15 %). Aromatisk og bordeaux-aktig smak, middels lang smakskurve med varme frukttoner i avslutningen.

March 30, 2020 - Pnp. Relativt ungdommelig farge. Mørk burgunder, med blå toner og sort kjerne. Ingen tegn til bruning, men noe mattere i lakken enn den var som ung. Den lukter moreller, solbær, kirsebærkompott, mynte, salvie og mokkabønner. Om man legger godviljen til kjenner man også streif av myke skinntrøfler i trekken fra kjellertrappa, eller animalske, jordlige toner ispedd mannlig fotsvette om du vil. Her er det lag på lag med spennende og komplekse duftnyanser.
Smaken følger opp lukten med mange av de samme aromakomponenter. I munnen opplever jeg smaken av vanilje, nellikspiker og 70% sjokolade i tillegg. Fruktkonsentrasjonen er kraftig, men med uanstrengt eleganse. Syren backer opp frukten og tanninene er medium kraftige. Flott balanse og struktur. Lang og innholdsrik smak. February 18, 2015 - The best wine Attila Gere. Bordeaux-style blend (Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot) Intense aroma and flavor, this wine has a huge body, tannins in good harmony. Even after 8 years still very young with a long finish. The wine has a very long-term perspective. Probably the most expensive red wine Central and Eastern Europe (€ 100). Drink up 2035.
