January 20, 2020 - Robe rubis foncé, très dense.
Nez figue cuite, sauge, sariette, cuir, pruneau.
En bouche cerise noire, tanins souples mais bien présents, finale poivré et un peu d'amertume.

June 16, 2018 - I bought 4 of this wine back in 2013. The first bottle I tasted was closed and austere and only opened up after a few hours decant. What a difference today! Recommended drink by is 2016, but I think this wine has enough life in it for another year or 2. Well balanced tannins, acidity and fruit. Dark fruit flavors with a chewy texture. Lip smacking long finish.

July 11, 2017 - Dusty, fresh with high acidity. Medium plus body, dry with dark fruits and some red fruit notes like cranberry. Ok drinker but not something that I would buy again.

  • GoBlue2002 Likes this wine: 90 points

May 20, 2016 - Smooth and dusty tannins with earthy bramble and dark fruit on the nose. Notes of cherry, cranberry, and leather on the palate with old world finesse shining through in the longer finish. This wine became more complex with time and paired well with an Italian style meatloaf.
This wine opened up a bit musty, but that blew off after 30-60 minutes.
