July 3, 2020 - Very pale yellow. Aroma of lemon peel, lemonade, honey and white pepper. Viscous mouthfeel at palate entry
with lychee, lemon, and pineapple, followed by slate, honey and sweet pineapple. Long finish of dried apricot, sweet kiwi, caramel, vanilla, and white pepper. Surprisingly full bodied and complex Chablis, great balance between high tone acid with mild sweetness.

September 4, 2018 - Very, very good for a village Chablis. Probably due to vintage. Very intense, both on nose and palate. Very acidic, lemony classic Chablis. Against oven baked salmon and sweet tasting carrots it was quite sour and intense. I loved it but another found it too sour and overshadowed the fish. Much more balanced against strong soft rind cheese (Camembert and Pié d’Angloys). In fact with a sip between each bite it really enhanced the cheese, which tasted more intense and aromatic and a little sweeter. Excellent Chablis!

March 25, 2016 - Had this wine in a "Vielles Vignes" version with Kosher stamp. Well made classical Chablis. Lean and with good acidity. White fruit and stone. Long pleasant aftertaste.

May 30, 2015 - This was amazing. Near perfect Chablis, lovely acidity, lemon, stony, very long finish. Perhaps lacked a touch of the complexity you find in a grand cru and was consistent throughout (I find grand crus change in the glass a lot more). For village, excellent. A point now but years of life yet.

September 14, 2014 - White yellow; lean nose, acidity, wet rock; a bit sharp and sweet at the same time, well balanced overall, a bit light with underlying sweetness and a little fatness; good

June 25, 2014 - Very impressed with this village wine! Nose is mainly apple and herbals, remind me somehow of furmint. Good acidity, mineral, apple and lemon. Refreshing wine that makes you come back on it. Pretty long finish.
This is very good in its own, I've tasted many 1er cru that weren't at this level, now I look forward to Fevre GC!

June 15, 2014 - This humble Chablis has benefitted from a couple of years in the cellar. It has come together and settled in. It's very classic with touches of green apples smashed against salty fossils. It's very pure, lovely acidity and good fruit with a fine intensity. Not mindblowing, but elegant, eloquent and very good.
