March 20, 2012 - - Light gold color and aromas of lemon and grapefruit with a medium body. Bright texture with a medium finish - Very bright and acidic good balance between sweet and acid. A very solid qpr highly recommended could even age 3 years.

    March 7, 2012 - light and fresh

February 19, 2012 - Day 5. Light side of pear fruit on the palate. Mineral presence. Off-dry style. Maybe medium-dry. 10.5% ABV. Easy acid on the palate. Med (+) acid, i'd assume, but given the Off dry style it comes off kind of medium acid-like, but then you get the mouthwatering nature on the finish.
