November 11, 2011 - Colour: extremely pale, clear yellow
Aroma: low; a bit sour and mineral-like. Slightly bready.
Flavour: Extremely dry minerals with a hint of citrus. Relatively low acidity, but it felt nicely balanced.
Very nice, precise prosecco. Tons of tiny bubbles.
Producer's description calls it off-dry, but I found it bone dry.

Fermentation: Stainless Steel
Alcohol Level : 13.0%
Titratable Acidity: .673g/100mL
pH level: 3.53
