  Rich lush with honey and burnt sugar but not too sweet. Perfect balance. Absolutely lovely.

  January 6, 2017 - Lovely and rather adorable this effort is one of those which delivers a rather lovely complexity. There is rich deep honeysuckle, Acacia honey, abundant dried white flowers, fresh beeswax and lime zest. After some time in the glass there is a tone of classy brioche emerging which certainly adds positively to the overall impression. The palate reveals a striking balance between sweetness and acidity. Not a hard to be found and a length on the finish which lasts for about a minute or more. Certainly a lovely wine. Without doubt an effort worth all the merit it can get!
