December 27, 2021 - 08/09/10 - attractive and classically Vosne aromas of red cherry and spice with some interesting loam and leather notes. Delicious and seductive fruit but just a smidge heavy, particularly in light of 2010. No shortage of fruit and spice on the finish, but missing just a touch of structure.

December 27, 2021 - Burgundy Dinner with Friends (Sun Wah): In 08/09/10 vertical. Lots here to enjoy, but not quite completely composed, with a sense of new oak that has never fully integrated. Still, good+ weight and length.

Big and robust on palate with some black cherry also emerging on finish, lots of spice start-to-finish. Great structural balance. Very impressive.
