  May 22, 2014 - Very "pinotic" on the nose, with notes of lake mud, decomposing undergrowth, strawberries and vanilla oak. The latter also conveys a creaminess and slight sweetness to the light/midweight red-berry palate - a feature this wine might have done better without. Quite nice and fresh for its age, albeit somewhat oaky - and the combination of mud and vanilla is a bit weird when you think about it. With a few years of bottle maturity, the style here finally has more similarities to German-speaking Spätburgunder than to red Côte-de-Beaune.

  June 8, 2012 - Skön burgundisk doft med söta jordgubbar, kryddor, blommor och lite stall. Smaken är fruktsöt men har tillräckligt med syra och tanniner för att inte bli flabbig.

  February 17, 2012 - Wild strawberries, cacao, menthol, shoe polish, spices and some pinosity. Rounded soft structure, tannin poor but decent acidity. Good but not distinct enough to match the real top pinots.
