December 17, 2023 - A perfectly good claret. At the end of it's life now in a bottle, I think.
September 16, 2023 - Good wine considering the vintage (first 02 Bordeaux so keen to try). Faded after 2 hours but a touch earthy with good oak/fruit length.
March 11, 2023 - Nose: Mildly dusty cigar box. Palate: Soft on the palate, velvety tart raspberry, light mouthfeel that comes off a bit flat with some wood influence.
November 16, 2022 - Mature Graves drinking very well right now. Very good value at $20.
May 7, 2022 - Deep purple with some reddish overtone, fragrant nose, medium body, a bit flat tasting, some fruit on the finish
May 7, 2022 - Amazing QPR wine. Twenty years old for $20. Flawless cork stained black. Wine is light on its feet, with mild but wonderful aged characteristics. A bit of earth, some leather and dusty books, some dried red fruit. Great wine and value.
April 11, 2021 - Belle bouteille. Nez invitant de cuir, de champignons et de sous-bois. Attaque suave avec du fruit et des relents d'écurie. L'astringence et l'amertume en finale gâche un peu l'expérience, mais sinon, très plaisant.
Encore un très jolie nez tertiaire le lendemain. En bouche c'est aussi plus plaisant quoique très fin.
November 28, 2020 - Les nez est toujours aussi invitant, cuir, écurie, soupçon de poivron. Cette bouteille offre de belles notes tertiaires, champignons, cuir, cerises cuites. Encore une belle rondeur. Petite amertume en finale, et pas très long.
