February 5, 2018 - During walkabout tasting and Paulee dinner, so only brief impressions. From Magnum, Creamy, opulent but not heavy, freshness preserved

October 28, 2017 - White flower, white and yellow fruits, ripe with low acidity in the palate. Overall a low acidity balanced wine with a good grip. 90+

April 16, 2008 - Yowza, not exactly what you expect from Leflaive but given the vintage and all...Uniquely ripe nose of carmalized pineapple, honey, pineapple juice and ultra-ripe golden pears. Decadently rich with oily/honey type texture to it. Just enough acidity to keep it from dropping its pants but this is full-throttle wine. LOTS of flavor. Would probably be easily mistaken for very well made, low oak CA Chardonnay given the texture and volume of the wine. While it probably has some sort of ageability to it I don't think I am going to let these linger in the cellar for very long for fear of them turning south and becoming more alcoholic and the fruit disappearing.

April 11, 2008 - A couple of whites with some trout (Seattle, WA): Somewhat plump and limpid. Rich wine but lacking the flint and spine that I usually find in Leflaive.

March 31, 2008 - A little subdued but still a great Puligny with apple, tropical fruit and citrus on nose and palate. A well crafted wine.
