  February 5, 2012 - Not a big fan of California chardonnay. But this delivers exactly what I look for in a better Carneros. Nose of pear and only slight vanilla, rich tropical mid-palate, and a long finish that includes some mineral, refreshing acidity and even a bit of grapefruit rind bitterness.

  February 3, 2012 - Hints of varietal hallmarks oak and butter, but this is crisper and more exciting than most chardonnays, with other flavors coming to the front (apple and an almost tropical overtone).
