April 22, 2019 - Correct, sans plus. Anonyme. Typique Bordeaux de bas de gamme, quoi. Pourra pas s'améliorer. RQP -1

  • amc Does not like this wine:

January 21, 2019 - Upon first opening, jammy ripe fruit nose but acidic palate. After an hour, nose evolved to a nice classic Bordeaux -- some hints of coco/coffee, ripe fruit - blackberry, earth, vanilla. On the palate, moderate body, moderate fruit, soft tannins, but finished short with an astringency. Either flawed or off balance. 87

September 10, 2017 - Impression un peu métallique et amer. Beau fruit et beaucoup de charpente sous jacente. Probablement besoin de vieillir.
    RQP **1/2 pour l'instant
    Prochaine bouteille pas environ 2020.

August 26, 2017 - Firm, spicy, bright and crisp, with a classically leaning profile, the cassis is ripe and fresh, but the tannins and a bit tough. Give this time, and things could soften here.

    August 18, 2017 - Appearance - Dark garnet color, clear at edge, reflective, good body/legs - 3/3
    Aroma/Bouquet - vegetal, plum, blackberry, mineral/limestone, black currant, some spice - 4.5/6
Taste - vegetal, unripe grapes, very green, very light tannins, mineral/chalky, blackberry - 4.5/6
Aftertaste - vegetal and minerality continues, tannins disappear, minor blackberry/plum - 2/3
Overall - too heavy on the vegetal/unripe taste, fruit is hard to find, don't think ageing will help this wine - 1/2
