June 13, 2023 - PNP. Stunning nose, iodine, sea breeze and chalky lemon. The palate delivers a lean, lemon, lime, honey and mineral laden set of flavors wrapped in a beautiful saline infused texture, silky with lemon rind edginess and acidity. Outstanding!

December 21, 2022 - A sensational bottle that is unbelievably fresh, powerful and precise. Terrific lemon-lime-orchard fruit with all kinds of oyster shell and seabreeze. Fresh, bright, lifted fruit with excellent 1er concentration. Age-defying bottle.

August 22, 2022 - Chablis and Red Côte de Beaune Dinner (Portofino - Chicago IL): Lean styled lemon and apple with the tartness of the 2004 vintage providing further brightness without any bitterness. Still fresh enough and going strong, I'd expect this will continue to drink well through the decade.

2/10/2006 (link)(Dauvissat Chablis 1er Cru "La Forest") Fantastic nose of seashells, lime blossom and apple skins. Palata has huge impact with waves of rich lemon infused fruit and mineral. Great concentration and balance. Very well put together with a knockout finish. Awesome.
