July 6, 2018 - Dinner at Tim's (Chicago, IL): Bottled under DIAM -- it's good to see Fevre doing something about premox (of which there is none here, I might add). The nose shows only slightly reductively, and there's a hint of white fruit here. The palate is quite consistent, and there's good minerality and acidity here. It's not as complex or electric as I remember it being though (that was 3.5 years ago). It seems to have mellowed out a little, and I've never been too much of a fan of aged chardonnay. This is still a solid wine, but for my own taste, I'm not holding my other bottle any longer.

July 1, 2018 - Really nice Chablis and no signs of premox tonight. Rich initially and then with air the minerals started to come through strongly. Another killer 2010 - can't go wrong in this vintage.

November 25, 2017 - Crisp and racy with good lime, acidity and limestone

October 19, 2017 - Nose - seashell, iodine, lime zest
Mouth - tangerine-lime, sappy, with a long acidic bite. Good minerality. Better as it warms up a bit.
