April 8, 2022 - Nice sweet tone, a bit sparkly which was strange. Bit of melon and lemon. Good length and balance.

August 4, 2021 - This tastes nicely mature now, the tangerine and lemon sherbert fruit is more to the fore than the mild kerosene now, at least in this bottle, there’s a nice weight in the palate, it’s off dry and neither the acidity or sugar sticks out it’s so nicely balanced. The finish goes on for a long time. It doesn’t feel like this will fade too soon but it’s the best bottle from the case and showing what a classy wine it is.

July 30, 2020 - Precise flavours, generous tropical fruit and sweet, but balance is definitely here. Still so young, screw cap really slows aging

March 10, 2020 - This is an absolutely fantastic riesling still showing well. In a recent vertical from 2006 - 2016, this was clearly in the top 2 wines. One of the best white wines NZ makes.

April 2, 2018 - Lemon yellow in colour. Minimal aged characteristics despite being 9 years old. Botrytis showing on the nose with marmalade and zest. Great mouthfeel with slight zing... balanced sweetness. Could drink it all day!
