November 21, 2023 - honeysuckle, tropical fruit, cinnamon, stone, filament / thin film on nose. paired with spicy dhal and okra curry. stunning pairing - perfect amount of sweetness here, not overbearing with plenty of acidity. color is golden yellow. drinking *very* well but still has a lot of development. double edged sword because drank perfectly with meal, my last bottle and seems v. capable of aging a lot longer

June 19, 2023 - This is such a fantastic summer wine, and especially paired with an Indian masala chicken dish. Quite floral with honeysuckle and citrus on the palate with some slate in the finish, but mostly just juicy delicious fruit and lacy acidity in the finish so clean. I don't know what a really aged one tastes like since I can't keep them long enough. But, amazing at almost 13 years, and should be great for a long time.
