    October 6, 2015 - Double decanted then slow oxed for 5 hours. Served chilled with coffee and pumpkin cheese cake.

    Terrific mouth feel and brilliant balance. Wowed even after a long evening and several beautiful reds.

    No rush, this well constructed gem will be a pleaser for 5+ years.
