August 29, 2012 - color: light straw yellow; nose: boudoir -- flowers and perfume; taste: light-to-medium-bodied mouth feel, initially more buttery than crisp but morphs to apple crispness and taste at mid-palate and also over its medium-length finish; overall: a pretty pour but with nuance and complexity -- carries more heft than a casual weeknight or summer screened porch wine

August 18, 2012 - This is a startlingly good wine. It's a blend of gruner veltliner, albarino, viognier, chardonnay, and muscat. The albarino gives a lemon citrus effect; the viognier and chardonnay seem to give body; the gruner gives a bit of its soy/lentil trademark; and the muscat adds its traditional exhuberance to the wine. The end result is a fantastic and complex wine. Serve this wine cold with a light curry, cheeses, or white-fleshed fish. Delicious.
