December 9, 2022 - Opened up quite nicely after 30-40 minutes. Fruit is still present and acidity and tannins are well integrated. Balanced wine. Will revisit in 6-8 months.

July 20, 2022 - Drinking at peak. Decanted 1hr and paired with grilled filet mignon.
Lots of secondary notes. Not sure about holding any longer though - not sure the fruit will hold up. Tannins and acidity seemed to be about right.
