December 2, 2012 - Knightsbridge Annual Holiday Burgundy Tasting and Sale (Northbrook, IL): Tasting, brief note. slightly reductive to start. Aromas show a wide array of red, black and blue fruit with plenty of spice, lots of new oak influence coming through right now. Palate is equally complex with lots of powerful fruit, nicely framed by mineral, tannic and acidic support. Great concentration. Great spice.

Great purity of red fruits. Some roasted herb/game notes. Great minerality. Nice power. Should be great when it all comes together.
