October 10, 2015 - I was not expecting much from this wine after viewing the somewhat mediocre CT notes, but I was pleasantly surprised. I found it to be an elegant Napa cab that has classic dark fruit flavors. It was more restrained than some CA cabs, but for my palate that's a plus, not being a "new world" wine fan.

August 30, 2013 - Really nice, smooth cab. I'm going back for more.
June 22, 2013 - Thin and astringent. Finish was so short that it was difficult to get much fruit at all. Tasted like a six-dollar grocery store cab, but thinner.
May 18, 2013 - Decent Napa cab, some chocolate on the nose, red cherry dominant tongue with a medium finish.
March 12, 2013 - Deep purple/red robe. Rich nose of cassis and cocoa -- no edges to speak of. Palate is elegantly restrained, supple, ripe, meaty, with blackberries, cinnamon, and chocolate. Medium bodied and silky with a medium-long finish.
April 15, 2012 - dark red in color. blackberry, currants, earth, on the nose. blackberry, weak oak, spice, earth, on the palate. medium acid, low tannins, on the finish.
