May 28, 2012 - Okay. I like the blanc de blancs more. Crisp, decent bubbles and mouthfeel. Apple, pear, apricot. No citrus. Lots of dough, yeast, and butter... Too much dough in fact. I will avoid in future.

September 14, 2011 - Very pleasant sparkling. Made with methode champenoise, the perlage is quite gentle and shy. Rich yellow colour, yeast and citruses in the nose. Refreshing and light, but full dry palate with ginger and lime.
