December 29, 2011 - Great value in wine...positives, dark plum/blackberry flavor from the syrah, hints of vanilla, well balanced acidity/tannins and sugar. Nice flavor, nothing really off in the wine. Negatives...a bit...odd...not sure I like the blend. Syrah tended to dominate the whole thing...can't define it exactly, but it was disjointed.
